Ganz tolle Lage mit Blick vom Balkon auf den Burj al Arab. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Anlage mega! 24/7 schwimmen im Pool. Gym, komplett neue Geräte. Perfekter Urlaub.

Property is excellent, we love the Anantara resort and this is more cost effective way to stay than booking direct through the hotel. Everything was very clean and sofa bed was comfy according to our daughter. The views from the balcony were amazing. Sunrise and the city lights at night.
Tip: purchase the Nam Jai membership to secure good discounts on food and drink. Worth it for a family staying more than a week.
Air con in main bedroom was noisy, not a big issue, but might need looking at.

the hotel facility
The room HVAC is crazy noisy, you can't withstand the sound of it in all bedroom and hall.
The staff at HOLIDAY HOME also does not cooperate and they sent more than 20 emails within 2 days
Be careful not to click on any link from them.
When I refused to click the links they asked for an additional 3-hour check-in, which is already 4 pm
Imagine you pay to enjoy, and end up waiting 3 hours after check-in time which they asked.
The only thing that stopped them was Booking
Hope their management revised their procedure and requirements since last week with same hotel with different holiday home and its go so smooth
