A localização é excelente, bem ao lado do metrô Paraíso, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, padarias e à Avenida Paulista. A equipe foi simpática e atenciosa durante toda a estadia. As camas eram confortáveis e o studio atendeu bem para quem busca praticidade.
O acesso à cama loft é feito por uma escada íngreme e estreita, o que oferece risco real de queda. A estrutura não parece ter os guarda-corpos adequados, um ponto de segurança importante que deveria ser revisto. O wifi era instável e caía com frequência. O sistema de check-in online não funcionou, sendo necessário fazer o cadastro presencialmente na recepção. O atendente utilizou o próprio smartphone para fotografar documentos e tirar foto, o que levanta preocupações sobre a segurança e o armazenamento desses dados pessoais espero que seja um procedimento oficial da empresa, pois, em caso de vazamento, medidas cabíveis serão tomadas.
