Is in principe rustig gelegen, je hoort alleen af en toe de trein of het verkeer wat over de Bundesstrasse komt. Parkeerplaats op het terrein. Keuken is voldoende voorzien met alles wat je nodig kunt hebben.
Nogal eenvoudig ingericht, de TV is een beamer. Klein inpandig balkon met uitzicht over de bomen en daar tussendoor het meertje. Op de tweede verdieping gelegen.

Die Lage war ein Traum, mitten in der Natur, See, Wald, Erlebnispfad, alles vor der Tür. Wer Ruhe und Idylle sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten Mini-Urlaub mit Freunden und Familien gemacht, und es war toll. Jeder hatte ein eigenes Apartment, genau neben an. Wir waren alleine, und durfen den Garten und den Grill benutzen und fühlten uns schnell wie zu Hause. Frau Schneider war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und hat extra Wünsche direkt erfüllt. Es fehlte an nichts.
Es war alles bestens.

Fam. Schneider war sehr zuvorkommend. Sie gingen auf unsere Anforderungen ein. Sie haben sich sehr bemüht, dass sich jeder wohlfühlt, vom Kleinkind bis zum Opa. Haben gute Vorschläge gemacht, auch für die Umgebung, welche Ausflüge man machen kann bei Regen oder Sonnenschein.
