Location with free parking - very central! Beautiful facilities with comfortable and large room. Well set up kitchenette too

It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view. The staff were sooo nice. We especially liked the valet staff ( David and Jeremiah).
The coffee pot had some issues.

Reception staff were friendly, attentive & knowledgable. Shuttle bus driver was also lovely. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. Jeremiah at the valet service was great, as were all the other valet staff.
The room was clean in parts but had stains over the sofas which was quite off putting along with thick dust over the walls & skirting boards indicating it perhaps gets more of a surface clean after each stay opposed to a deeper clean.
The shuttle to downtown was great on a Friday and Saturday as Ubers are expensive, and location wise this hotel is too far to walk to broadway. The latest pick up time from broadway is 10:30pm though so if you prefer a later dinner & time to explore the street, keep in mind you’ll probably end up spending money on taxis anyway.
Rooms have very thin walls and ceilings and are very noisy, from above, beside & in the hallway so although it’s in a quieter part of town, we were woken up every night from various residents coming back from broadway during early hours of the morning.
