About this apartment rental
The apartment is equipped with a living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, bathroom, 30m2 terrace, parking available but not allocated.
It is located in a condominium with three swimming pools (2 for adults and 1 for children), a bar-restaurant with WIFI, two tennis courts and a games room. The residence is surrounded by gardens and large green spaces.
Residence guarded at night.
Possibility of renting a P 207 SW 1.6 Diesel Clim with insurance.
To discover the local culture, the fishermen's beach is a 7-minute walk away. You'll also be close to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

Faro airport is 30 km away. To facilitate your arrival, I can organize the transfer Airport-Albufeira or reverse for 4 people and for an amount of 80 € with an Approved Minibus. (Cheaper than a Taxi or independent).
Car: Not required on site
Additional information: The beach is patrolled throughout the summer, and sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a daily charge. All water sports are available on the beach. Great fun for all the family. On the outskirts, you'll find one of the world's largest water parks called the Aqua Show, which organizes daily "aqua acrobatic" shows and is open from March to October 7 days a week.
Along Albufeira's waterfront, you'll find a number of restaurants and bars offering excellent food and cold drinks all year round.
For leisure: discos, diving, Aqualand, Zoomarrine, parque Aventura, quad adventure, zoo lagos 50 km away and Algarve shopping 12 minutes away. Until mid-October, nightlife in the streets and bars.
At 30 km, a small town called Alte is very touristy and very pleasant to visit, with a short walk through nature and waterfalls. Swimming in the river is also possible.
Winter rental possible (ideal for retired people).

We stayed 2 weeks with 2 children. Everything about apartment was perfect, everything you need was there. The owner was so quick to reply to any questions I had and our contact in Portugal was quick to respond to any queries. The only downside is the hill to the property. But the apartment was perfect! Owner also gave lots of advice for restaurants and was very thoughtful.and I was very impressed.

We had a very pleasant stay at Albufeira. Location was alright, it was a little small, but big enough for us three. Nice swimmingpool. The old town was very near and it was nice to walk. We had a boat trip in harbour of Albufeira to the dolphins and the caves. Absolutely recomondable! We enjoyed Portugal. Very good food and very nice people. Thankx!

We had 2 lovely weeks in the apartment. We were 4 grown ups and a small dog. A little crowded. 2-3 people would be perfect.
No problems at all. Easy check inn and out and very caring owner.
