Ensemble correct pour un court séjour
Son calme, sa situation dans le vieux quartier de laon proches des lieux de visites, fonctionnelle pour un court séjour. Propriétaire très disponible et réactif à nos messages
Le manque d’eau chaude pour se faire chacun une baignoire relaxante. Nous étions deux et la deuxième personne n’a pas eu assez d’eau chaude pour remplir sa baignoire. Une note explicative pour la tv afin de trouver les chaînes ordinaires.

Un très agréable studio.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment à la Petite Romantique. Les conseils des hôtes sont excellents. Studio très bien équipé et confortable. Proche parking, centre touristique. Bravo !

Solo la posizione nella città vecchia, vicino al parcheggio e ai principali monumenti
Siamo arrivati in una serata fredda (3-4°C) e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento gelido. Ci aspettavamo che, come nelle nostre precedenti esperienza, il proprietario avesse provveduto ad accendere il riscaldamento prima del nostro arrivo. Nessuna istruzione in camera su come accendere il riscaldamento. Dopo alcuni tentativi siamo riusciti a contattare la proprietà, che ci ha dato istruzioni che ci hanno fatto capire che il riscaldamento non funzionava. Il proprietario, a questo punto (era passata circa 1 ora dal nostro arrivo), ha mandato una persona che ha potuto solo confermare che il riscaldamento non funzionava. A questo punto ci è stato proposto un altro appartamento nella città bassa, per cui avremmo dovuto alle 20 spostarci in auto per qualche km o restare ottenendo il rimborso di quanto speso. Essendo molto stanchi abbiamo deciso di restare. Con un mini-heater e il forno elettrico siamo riusciti a mitigare un pò il gran freddo. Ad oggi, dopo una settimana, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna ulteriore comunicazione. A prescindere da questo, il monolocale è molto piccolo, raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola piuttosto impervia, e anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare.

Le jacuzzi bien sûr !! La commodité de la piece , très pratique .. simple .. petit coin cuisine équipé très agréable tout sous la main ! La Senseo ,Le café, le sucre disponible ( três important !) ....manque peut être un espace douche supplémentaire.......mais je chipote !
Peut être l accès avec les escalier un peu étroit ..

Le jaccuzi est un plus, propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Le lit est aussi super confortable, c’est très pro avecq un wifi dédié en plus
Le seul bémol est le manque d’une porte entre l’espace de douche et la chambre
