Beautiful space, well maintained, great privacy, comfortable bed and beautiful pool and lighting

The general vibe of the villa is good and nice. Location is great. Lots of space, perfect for 2
Some places of the villa are moldy. The pool walls and exterior are dirty. The staff support needs improvements. They only reply to your question but they don’t clarify anything in details so you have to ask multiple questions.
Also, I have ordered a floating breakfast at 10am for a birthday which was supposed to be a romantic thing in the morning. Usually the floating breakfast is being brought to you and put ion the pool. Here, the woman came at 8;30am waking us up and said she is gonna cook breakfast at our villa. This villa didn’t inform us whatsoever about this. She finished about 10am and instead of nice birthday morning we had a random woman cooking loud while we planned to sleep. I also ordered a massage service to the villa. After floating breakfast incident, I decided to clarify if they will bring massage tables to the villa. They said they gonna do it on the bed where we sleep so I cancelled right away. They charged me 50,000 for that. Funny enough you can book massage 1 hr in advance only but I canceled about 5 prior to that and had to pay a fee. Strongly disappointed with miscommunications from the staff
