Amazing Villa! My kids and I loved it here. Super happy with everything and staff were amazing.

Construction behind and once done it will look straight into pool area!

The villa is very spacious and the outside area as well. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are big. The Villa was equipped with everything you might need - even two umbrellas for rain. The cleaning lady and the person responsible for the pool - both of the were super nice. The overall experience of our stay was positive.

First of all, the villa requires more maintenance - the inflatable pontoons were very dirty and pretty unpleasant to use - covered in something like a mold. It was the same case for the outside pillows. Pretty disgusting. The outside big umbrellas were also dirty and riddled with holes. When we arrived one key for the living area was broken so it was impossible to close the door for the night - it was fixed the next day but this is something which should have been arranged prior our arrival or at the same day at least. In general the sliding doors were not easy to close and open from the inside. We were also quite disappointed that we could not store our luggage after the check out - especially that I asked for such a possibility way in advance through booking and received no response, later I had to ask twice before I got the negative answer. It is worth also mentioning that the access to villa is not easy if you use a car. The streets are narrow and when we ordered Gojek they rejected to enter the street, so we had to carry very heavy luggage for 5 mins to the Main Street. Last but not least - there were construction works next to the villa which destroyed the charm of the location, but this is something that obviously is not under any control of the owners and is only temporary.
