everything was great

We loved how clean and stylish the rental was, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Houston, and the outdoor space was a great spot to unwind after a busy day.

I was disappointed that I couldn't extend my stay by a few days, but to be fair, I gave last-minute notice. The hosts kindly explained they already had a reservation for the following days.

After reading some negative reviews, I hesitated to book this reservation. However, upon viewing the listing, I decided to take a leap of faith. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor, sparkling cleanliness, and overall attention to detail. It appears there may be a new property management team in place, as I was thoroughly impressed with everything. Additionally, the neighborhood was pleasant, and it was only a short drive to the Toyota Center, where I attended an event. The backyard/patio area exceeded my expectations from the pictures. I can confidently say that I received excellent value for my money.

Apart from the inconvenience of not being able to extend my stay on the final day, as I had hoped to explore the city further, everything else was excellent. The host informed me that they had another reservation for that day, which prevented the extension. Nonetheless, my overall experience was positive.

Does not sleep as many as advertised! Area around property was not as expected. Name is misleading. Quiet but worried about surroundings. Needs more towels & kitchen things like baking sheets & pot holders & kitchen towels.
