We had such a wonderful stay at 5 Stars. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like staying somewhere and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. The property itself is beautiful, a historic house where the owners, Dora and Maciek, have thoughtfully converted the old horse stables into gorgeous apartments. Every detail has clearly been considered, and the space is beautifully decorated while still feeling warm and comfortable. You could stay here for two days or two years and genuinely feel at home. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, everything we could possibly need, and, importantly, absolutely spotless. And then there was the breakfast… every morning we were brought the most beautiful breakfast with homemade breads, fresh cheeses, delicious salads and locally sourced ingredients. It was such a lovely way to start the day. Dora and Maciek were incredible hosts, so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They really couldn’t have done more to make our stay special. There’s also a beautiful outdoor space filled with flowers, with lovely garden furniture where we spent our evenings sitting outside with a bottle of wine. Those quiet evenings were honestly some of our favourite moments. The house is in a small village surrounded by incredible woods, which were beautiful to explore on foot. We even managed to find some mushrooms while wandering through the woods. It was such a fun little bonus, and now we’re already talking about coming back properly for mushroom season. That alone feels like a good reason to return! There are also several beautiful lakes just a short drive or bicycle ride away. One has a larger shoreline and a little more life and people around, while the others feel much more remote and wild, the kind of places where you really feel surrounded by untouched nature. It was lovely having that variety so close by. It’s the kind of place where you can completely switch off from everyday life.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist sehr idyllisch in welchem man eine gute Zeit verbringen kann. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt einem an nichts. Nun zum besten der Unterkunft: Die Hosts sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie bieten ein rundum sorglos Paket. Von selbst gepackenem Brot und Croissants hin zum Lagerfeuer im Garten. Leider wurden wir krank bei underem Aufenthalt. Sie haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Sie sind für uns sogar zu einer weit entfernten Apotheke gefahren um uns Medikamente zu besorgen. Wir wissen nicht was wir ihne sie in einem fremden Land gemacht hätten. Vielen lieben Dank euch beiden und wir hoffen mal wieder Gäste bei euch sein zu dürfen!
