The house was laid out nicely with a split plan. The backyard with the dock on the canal were a big plus.
Slight odor in the bedroom with the twin beds. That bedroom had an inoperative fan, but was fixed promptly. There also was no bedside lamp in that room and had to rely on the overhead light.
