Les communs de l'immeuble sont assez vieux et humides Manque quelques petits équipements culinaires de base.

Situation, calme, espace
Équipement succinct, finitions à revoir, hall et communs assez glauques. Chaleur dans l'appartement malgré le ventilateur dans la chambre (notre séjour était pendant la canicule)
