Appartement propre et lumineux, dans un immeuble qui semble neuf. Espaces larges. Cuisine bien équipée (dont large frigo, pratique en cas de venue d'une famille). Espace buanderie pratique d'utilisation.
La vue n'est pas sur océan mais SUR LE PARKING de la station service et de l'Intermarché... La description et les photos sont volontairement trompeuses. Alors, certes on voit l'océan à l'horizon, mais il faut bien se pencher au balcon (voir photos). L'obligation par le propriétaire d'envoyer un chèque de caution de 500 EUROS Les frais de "charges" supplémentaires en plus du montant payé sur Booking.com, requis par le propriétaire par chèque avant l'arrivée (78 EUROS pour une personne pour 1 semaine de location: frais fixes (eau, electricité,..) 38 EUROS + Draps 30 EUROS + Linge de Toilette 10 EUROS).
