STELLA DI MONTE

In primul rand primirea făcută la recepție, apoi ordinea și curățenia, funcționalitatea facilităților, eficacitatea parcării, locația, liniștea din jurul pensiunii, lumina din camera, funcționarea aerului condiționat fata zgomot și eficient, serviciul de trezire de dimineață, calitatea prosoapelor a așternuturilor iar salteaua foarte comoda și elastica. Am avut un somn liniștit . Frigiderul funcțional și curat, m-am bucurat apoi și de un ceai reconfortant de după amiază. Poți ajunge imediat în centrul Sibiului, in Piata Mare . A fost o plimbare reconfortanta, am văzut viața de seara a orașului la terasa Rabbit. De asemenea cu mașina am ajuns rapid pe Mihai Viteazul și apoi la Muzeul Astra.

Tesise giriş çıkış çok güzel ve rahattı. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Maria hanım çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi.

Banyoda örümcek ağları vardı tuvaletin arkasındaki raflarda örümcek fobisi olan zorlanırdı. Birde yerde birçok yerde ölmüş böcekler vardı. Bu söyleyeceğim booking çeviri hatasıda olabilir ama odada klima vb hizmetler ücretsiz yazmasına rağmen kumanda için ücret talep edildi sonrasında ücretsiz temin edileceği mesaj atılmış fakat ben çoktan yorgunluktan uyuyakalmışım.

Finding the place was easy. Not too far from the old town. The rooms were decently sized. The owner's kid, Liam, is lovely. Ample parking.

I brought a bag full of cheeses and wanted to put them in the fridge. The owner welcomed me warmly and said though the room was not yet ready (I came early) I could use the fridge right away, and leave my stuff in the room, which was very nice of her. When I came back, she told me there was a mix-up with the rooms assignment, my room was a different one, and the staff already moved all my things to the new one. It was only the next morning that I found out the fridge with my chesses in it was not working (spoiler; about half of my cheeses survived the experience nevertheless). At the check-out, I shared my frustration with the reception employee. She told me I should have known better and turned the fridge on when putting the cheeses there. Which in and of itself is a strange position, as nobody ever mentioned that. Regardless, I also was not the one to put the cheeses in - and presumably, the staff moving it to the new fridge should have known it needed to be turned on? It could really enhance your guests' experience if the staff learns not to lapse into a knee-jerk reaction of blaming the customer for anything that has gone wrong. I started off trying to sharing my disappointment - left with that disappointment all intact.
