Very spacial and homey

There was back mold in the bathroom

The location was great - close to what I needed. No keys were required - property had security code access. Property was clean and well maintained.

Parking garage is a very tight fit for larger vehicles. A pod coffee machine would have been great addition for the coffee snobs like myself who hate drinking instant coffee.

It was a central location to town, comfortable warm & quiet with all of the facilities we needed.

For people concerned about the parking, we were in a Subaru compact SUV 4 door and managed it by reversing in.

Villa 4 is nicely tucked in the back of the property so surrounding noise was not a problem and closeness to the supermarket was a nice bonus

I was called first night because of the angle I parked in because they had checked the cameras to advise I was not permitted to park in the attached garage AC filters well overdue a clean on arrival so not operating efficiently. Had to clean them myself as no fan pressure was felt until after the cleaning. There was a cabinet in the front room full of personal affects that was left unlocked, inside this cabinet was prescription medication which I only became aware of as one of my children had opened it not knowing it was a private cabinet, very unsafe. No security latch on the front door for internal security only the electric lock only the battery powered front door lock Garage attached but not permitted for use, while not listed as inclusion it was also not listed as an exclusion so was assumed to be included as part of the free parking, later it was discovered that the #3 villa does have the garage available. Also worth noting that #3 and #4 are both visually similar in design and amenities. #1 feels like a very tacky extension and you do not get to pick which you will be getting in. I had a travelling companion in the first and the value was not comparable. Fortunate only that we were not in this one as it would have really soured the stay and likely resulted in a refund request
