1. The location is very good. The hotel did not have their own resturant but there are several affordable restaurants around the area. 2. The room was clean but cleaning staff was not regular. They would come to clean, only after asking for several times. 3. 24×7 hot water was available in the bathroom, with clean pillow and bedsheets changed regularly. Room size was exceptionally good for a family of 3 members as they provided 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 4. Staff behaviour was very nice and polite.

1. The main problem was bathroom door, which was transparent glass door with just a thin polythene sticked to it. And it was a common bathroom with another room separated only by a wall ! There was about 12 inch gap above the bathroom wall which they said was for ventilation. Very disappointing experience. 2. Even after opting for breakfast included room, they asked for extra payment for breakfast during check-out time. Breakfast payment options are not clearly mentioned in their website. 3. During check-in they said they will provide one 1L water bottle everyday which was complimentary but they were asking for extra payment at the time of check-out, though at last did not charge. 4. No sachets of tea or coffee were provided in the room which is usually done everywhere else and when asked, again they were asking for extra payment. 5. Was not able to contact the hotel as no contact number was provided. Customer service said they will send the number once 1/3rd amount is paid or before 24 hrs to check-in. Even after paying I never got the number or any kind of response even after mailing my queries.
