Location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and has good ventilation and sun light.

The unit is a bit old and requires renovation of interior and the addition of one guest toilet, then it becomes perfect.

Characterful and well-equipped apartment with plenty of space and comfort. Fabulous central location on the buzzing Rue d'Antibes, a smart thoroughfare and main shopping street. Nadia is within a few minutes' walk of public, municipal and private beaches, marinas, train station, excellent shops and a vast number of fabulous restaurants and bars. Terry, the host, was delightful - friendly, communicative and very helpful throughout.

Being centrally located on a main street, it could be noisy, late into the night. This didn't bother us and somewhat added to the atmosphere; some may feel differently.

A greater amount of comfortable seating in the living area Basin plugs in both the kitchen were both broken and the basins/sinks could not be filled with water. One door key was wrong and caused a problem. Early check out for flight and having to lave the key in the apartment is not idea. There should either a personal handover. Or a secure location downstairs to leave the key in.
