Great location with a nice terrain, peaceful surroundings yet close enough to supermarkets etc. Nice swimming pool, trees that provide lots of shade, good bed- and bathrooms. Fairly stable and good range wifi.
Steps and height differences make the place less suitable for older/less mobile people. Few power outlets for charging devices. Lots of kitsch decoration. Slightly worn in places. But everything else more than made up for these small points.
