Ottima posizione, in pochi minuti si può andare in tutti posti. Ci ha stupito la pulizia, non c'era un chicco di polvere da nessuna parte. Il monolocale è organizzato alla perfezione, anche con il divano letto aperto, c'è ancora spazio per muoversi. La cucina è accessoriata, non manca niente. Ottima la veranda esterna, che era chiusa con la finestra per ovvi motivi (novembre). Sicuramente d'estate è un toccasana., avendo una bambina, il proprietario, ci ha fatto trovare un seggiolone e ci ha anche chiesto se volevamo la culla, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Insomma tutto perfetto. Lo consigliamo caldamente.
