Fab location, great communication super clean and comfortable
A couple of maintenance bits to review but nothing that affected our stay we will come back again gladly

Pros: - proximity to the Liverpool tube station -elevator to flat -2 toilets and 2 bedrooms -large living room kitchen area
Cons: -flooring has lifted and appears cracked in front of bathroom which presents a tripping hazard -lack of 2 showers. The tub is wasted and we just used the small bathroom with the shower. Retro fitting the tub with a hand held shower wand would be a good idea. -lack of enough bath towels for a 10 day stay. Kitchen needs more than one small dish towel -the main reason we would not return to this location is the NOISE. People standing on the street below both windows drinking, yelling and occasionally fighting until 1:00am sometimes 3 am even on weeknights. The noise level was very, very loud even with the windows shut and ear plugs.
