La parking gratuit , appartement choisi spécialement pour ça … car sur la côte adriatique cela coûte vite très cher .
La Clim indispensable pour cet emplacement au mois d’août . La propreté .
Appartement situé sur la commune de Seca sur les hauteurs de portoroz . A 5 min en voiture mais la route pour accéder au centre à pied ou en vélo est une nationale où les voiture sont nombreuses et roulent très vite de jour comme de nuit . C’est très dangereux à pied ou à vélo pour rejoindre la Parenzana ( surtout avec des enfants ) . L’appartement est basic , récent dans une maison avec plusieurs appartements construite récemment dans un objectif de rentabilité. Extérieurs non finis et peu soignés ( rare en Slovénie ) . L’appartement est exigu pour 5 , le canapé lit , peu confortable prend toute le place dans le séjour , balcon minuscule donnant sur un mur . Aucune déco et équipement minimal , chambre sans lampe de chevet , lumières de l’appartement blanche et agressive , quasi pas décoré. Salle de bain exigu , fonctionnelle mais rudimentaire sans produit de toilette .
Peu de communication avec les personnes sur place, gentils mais parlant peu anglais . Jamais déçus par un Fabuleux sur booking , il faut une première fois à tout ….
