It was good for just a couple days. It was clean and the AC worked
The check in process at the rental office was a nightmare. I tried to reach the property via email text and phone and even WhatsApp multiple times because our train was extremely delayed so we were late arriving. No one responded and no one was answering the phone. We showed up anyway and thankfully they were open but we were very nervous about that. Our uber driver assured us it would be open, and it’s crazy he had to help us so much. When we did arrive, we we’re given a key card that we thought would be all we needed. As it turned out, that was just a key card to get through the security gate of the village. After we drug our luggage all the way to the condo late at night we couldn’t enter our condo. I didn’t understand what was going on. I had to go back to the rental office which was about a .5k walk each way. Then the people at the Rental office couldn’t find our key and didn’t understand where it was. After several minutes of them making phone calls, I had to go all the way over to a different hotel on foot at 11 PM to get our keys.
