Upgrade Beach Resort Infanta Quezon

I got the Deluxe Quadruple for extra space. The room I received was not the one in pictures. It was drab gray, lint and hair under the bed, mold around the sink and toilet, and when wanting s shower at 830pm, no hot water, with no help available at that time. For 6k per night, very unacceptable. The towels were small, thin, and abrasive. The pillows were too thin and hard with one, and too thick with two. The mattress was very broken in 6 inch foam. No luxury at all. Blankets were cheap. There was work taking place the entire time outside our room the entire time, and next door drilling on the wall of our room first day after getting the hot water taken care of. The room next door was the one in pictures, empty, and not offered to us. Instead we got the dirty one, with a panel hanging out of the ceiling, open outlet box on the wall, an unexplained extra aircon, unplugged, and limited power outlets available. The one outlet by the tv was stacked with plugs, unable to accommodate the accessories, fridge, fan, tv, wifi, or our personal chargers, only 3, take your pick. Found the hairball under the single bed looking for more outlets, the one by the aircon not working. Paint was not only drab, but in poor condition. Beyond that, you could barely see the water, the pool was green, and there was the cheapest generic coffee left, two small instant packets, with two small creamers, two small sugars, and nothing for the second day. The only saving grace for this place was the cook, who deserves a raise, as the only thing keeping you minimally happy about your choice. Should have read the trip advisor reviews, or any others available. Staff was friendly enough, but accommodations lacking. Sad.
