Location, beach access, nice pool
The A/C unit is located just outside the primary bedroom wall. Since the unit is loud enough to be heard and is especially noticeable when trying to sleep - it was an annoyance. We ended up on our last few nights having to turn off all the A/C units to our condo, just to have quiet during the night. Also, one twin bed mattress in the downstairs bedroom was so hard we had to buy an air mattress. The mattress cover the staff supplied did nothing to fix the problem. We left the air mattress in the bedroom closet should the next guests want to use it.

Great location steps from a quiet beach with plenty of space for our family! The unit was clean, had nice furnishings, a good AC, and free parking. The complex overall has wonderful tables and loungers overlooking the beach, beautifully kept plants on property, a nice refreshing pool, easy to use grills, shared beach toys, and is not a huge complex (something we were wanting). It is also walking distance on the beach from Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani's Shave Ice (two of the best).

Good location near the beach.
Unit was outdated. Pictures on booking.com did not quite match the actual unit. Too much communication prior to arrival.
