My family and I absolutely love Mana Kai 810 and we have been coming back to this unit over and over. This is our fourth stay at this location. The building is perfectly situated at the end of the Wailea hotel strip and the bustling ocean town of Kihei. You can easily walk or drive to either. The wall to wall ocean views from the patio, living room and front bedroom are what dreams are made of. On a cloudy day or sunny day you feel like heaven is a real place and you are in it.
The unit itself is set with two very comfortable King beds. The sheets and towels are soft. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. for delicious home cooked meals and there are grocery stores within 1-6 miles depending on your preference. There is even a convenience store on the ground floor that can get you by.
The property management company is helpful and responsive. They also partner with a tours and events company named Xperion that provides free options. It is not a scam. Very real and very helpful. My dad got to play a beautiful round of golf at the Royal Ka'anapali golf club.
Overall this spot is well located, people are friendly, options are endless to explore the whole island. Forever grateful.
The only star missing is for cleanliness. There were areas in both the kitchen and bathrooms that weren't clean on arrival. Nothing major and i don't want to gross anyone out, so I'll leave it at that. Attention to detail is all.

The location was fantastic! We lived on the balcony when we weren’t at the beach!
The rooms were a bit small… bathroom in particular.
Some of the staff at the resort were not as friendly as I had expected.
