It's a bit far away from the centre (hotel area) Rooms are very big and nicely decorated. There's no alcohol service in the hotel (also no minibars -their explanation is that it's a wellnes hotel) so i suggest you to buy it from the matket before you go to the hotel. Their heated pool is small but nice, but it definitely must be more warm! Food is really good!

Service issues continued throughout our stay. We ordered glasses and a gadget, but after waiting around twenty minutes, the waiter arrived with only one mug, which was not what we had requested. He then left, returned with the glasses, but forgot the gadget entirely. Throughout our stay, calling the reception or other hotel services was extremely frustrating, as no one answered the phone on multiple occasions, making it very difficult to resolve simple requests. The next morning at breakfast, the restaurant was busy. The hostess seated me at a table, but when I went to the buffet and returned, my table had already been occupied by another guest, reflecting poor coordination and lack of attention. Additionally, when we requested a dental kit from reception or housekeeping, it arrived twenty minutes later, despite being a basic amenity. When I went to complain about the overall experience, the manager apologized, which I appreciated. However, I expected a meaningful service recovery that would demonstrate genuine care for guests. I requested a massage as a gesture of goodwill, but this was refused, and I was only offered a discount instead. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations due to lack of responsiveness, service delays, and poor attention to guest experience. Unfortunately, these issues significantly impacted what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay.
