With a location that is easily accessible to the Charleston area's many offerings, and a meticulous design that emphasizes convenience, this vacation home is perfectly suited for avid explorers in search of a more genuine, local experience. Welcome to our tastefully decorated vacation home in North Charleston! Recently updated, this charming abode offers the perfect retreat for your getaway. With 2 bedrooms and 3 baths, it comfortably accommodates a group of friends or a small family.
We live less than 15 minutes from this home, and make sure that someone is available to assist our guests - whether it be ourselves or someone in our network of professionals that is equipped to handle guest needs as they arise.
This home is located in a diverse, working class neighborhood. The general area has seen tremendous growth and investment - many homes have been recently renovated like ours, while others are still in need of renovations. If you are not comfortable with this, and feel as though this type of location may negatively impact your review, we kindly ask that you do not book our home. Please also note that North Charleston is home to lots of trains, planes, and automobiles. Although this neighborhood is set back from the main road, you could hear any of these at any time :)

Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $250 fee.
Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $50/hour.

The properity manger was so helpful and easey to contact. The area was conveniently located close enough to where we were visiting with out being so close that we got stuck in a party area. It was a quiet convenient place to make out hub of operations.

We enjoyed our stay. Once you're in the house, it's a clean and great space. My only critique is I wish the outside seating area was cleaner. The chairs were very dirty and the dead bugs and cobb webs kept us from enjoying the grill and fireplace, but the screened in porch was nice!
