About this house rental
Enjoy the spectacular balcony view of the entire length of Lake Marble Falls. This comfortable lakehouse features a large open-concept living room with architectural accents, a huge fully-stocked kitchen, a formal dining room, a gorgeous master suite, three guest bdrms, laundry room + more. The broad balcony and hot tub deck overlook sparkling blue water. Located just minutes from Horseshoe Bay and Lake LBJ. Covered carport and plenty of parking. On ten acres - perfect for your tranquil getaway!
The space
Enjoy the lake and all of the numerous area attractions by day. There are kayaking, boating and swimming options, and caverns to explore. There are wineries and restaurants and resorts in which to indulge. There are golf courses and an adventure park for experiencing nature.
Dine with a lake view on the balcony, at the dining nook in the kitchen, or more formally at the big table which seats eight. In the evening, watch the sun set over the lake from the deck. Comfortably hang out with the family and friends in the multiple reclining options in the living room. Roku TV and a wood burning fireplace will make you feel right at home.
There is a bbq grill on the patio and a hot tub on it’s own separate deck.
We just completed an interior re-paint, and installed new light fixtures and new patio furniture.

You will drive up a short steep hill through the lovely Wyndham WorldMark property on your way to the house.

Host was very prompt to respond to questions, any issues and suggestions we had, which was very nice. This was our (my Husband and I) second stay on this property. The property is secluded and has lovely views. The lake view side the traffic noise is quite loud, but nothing the host can prevent. We had some minor issues, and the host was very prompt to try and remedy what she could during our stay. We made some suggestions to make the stay more inviting for us and future guest. Overall, nice property, nice home, and very friendly Host. I Will be looking to book here again for a girl's weekend getaway coming up. Thank You Lucy for a nice stay.

Gate - not easy to unlock or relock, especially in inclement weather conditions it drags when opening to a certain point then opens easily, fire ant mounds by gate, Grass extremely tall, around gate and house needed mowing, numerous red wasp underneath carport and around doorways. Upon arrival entering in house the house was warm and humid inside (A/C set at 78) which made it have a musty smell, took a while to cool house down. No fans in any bedrooms, which made sleeping conditions warm and uncomfortable. The house needs more attention to cleanliness, floors not very clean and sticky when walking, dead bugs, spiders, and webs in corners and around a/c vents on wall, 1/2 bath trash can full from previous guest, bed linens seemed clean but were stained which was unpleasant, there was only one wash cloth provided in Master bath, for a 4 night 3 day booking for 3 adults. microwave not clean. balcony view beautiful... but the abundance of red wasp made it difficult to sit out and enjoy it. I had to pay a protection plan before I could book
