Great location with plenty of space inside and outside the home. Provided everything you need for days at the beach. Check in and out were a breeze. Also communicated throughout the stay to answer any questions we had. House was clean and ready for use. Air conditioning was perfect along with TV and other appliance use. Perfect to relax after a long day in the sun.

This property felt like one of the best deals on Siesta Key. 5 beds and 3 baths on the island with pool and garage access. Hosts were very communicative and provided text number for easy access. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Kids loved staying in the upstairs, said it was like a luxury tree house. Back porch was amazing for hanging and grilling. We were 5 min from Siesta village one way and five minutes to publix and other shopping in the other direction. Wonderful, 5 stars all the way!

This was a great house for our needs. There were 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space!!! Beautiful kitchen. Close to all the things we wanted to do, beach, shops and restaurants. The only thing I would keep in mind is the stairs, there are lots of them. The pool could be cleaner but the kids didn’t mind at all. Would totally book it again.

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay, but there were some things we wished were better. The kitchen could have used more trash bags; the ice maker worked some of the time but not the whole time; the nonstick skillets may need to be replaced. The pool felt like the heater was on but I guess that’s just Fl heat. There were ants and roaches here and there. My grandson stepped on a fishing hook in the driveway the first day we were there. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinets, possibly because the dishwasher doesn’t do a very good job. The iron in the master closet doesn’t work. It would not be a home I would pay to stay in again.
