Lodge in the Pines near Wellsboro, Pa. Along Pine Creek. Hot Tub

We had a wonderful time at Lodge at the pines property! House was clean and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with spices and had everything we needed. Special touches from the owner made it perfection like a pastry on table when we arrived. Deck by the creek was especially great! Lovely view of Pine Creek. We even saw a deer drinking the first evening. Location was great. Within minutes of shops and Galeton if we needed something from the grocery store. Looking forward to coming back!

Booked this rental for out of town family. Super clean and well equipped, lots of spices, coffee, cup, Keurig, stove stop kettle, dishes, plastic wrap, paper towels, tp, lots of towels, soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, everything. The access is any easy entry keypad. The only things we noticed were that the outside light would blink on and off, maybe it needed changed or it’s a sensor thing? The lights on the creekside deck didn’t work, probably bc one of the solar panels was broken? And lastly the hot tub was down, the owners let us know right away, but it was not able to be fixed and didn’t not have use of it for our stay. My family loved the house and plan to return.

We had a fabulous stay. There was a welcome danish and a nice note when we walked in. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a little chilly outside so we didn't get to utilize the fire pits or the deck overlooking the river. We did walk down and check it out and the pit down there was fully stocked of wood. The dogs loved running and playing in the huge back yard. There was plenty of room inside to hang out and we had plenty of room to not hang out as well. Barb was great and informative and responded to my many many questions quickly. We already discussed going back up this way to do the river again in the near future and will definitely be re-booking.

Super clean, furnished with everything you could possibly need! Rooms were good sizes and comfortable. Easy check in/out. Huge backyard and lovely porch especially since it rained the whole time. Highly recommend!
