Modern, spacious and clean apartment in a perfect location for Reno. Close to great restaurants and bars and close proximity to grocery and drug stores. Communication with Patrick was timely and detailed. Check in was easy. I Will definitely be making this my Reno vacation home base from now on.

Property is best utilized by young people. Stairs with no elevator and the property located on the third floor made daily coming and going difficult for us. Especially since there was no parking pass available and we had to park in the street, sometimes with a fair amount of additional walking being required because of the parking situation. Was not informed that the property was located on the third floor until check-in. Had we known at time of booking, we would not have booked the property. Bathroom located downstairs also made for some inconveniences. Positives were that the kitchen provided for all our meal making needs and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linen clean. Closets are spacious. Younger clients may appreciate the bar across the street and the pub next door. Overall, our stay was satisfactory.
