Nestled in a peaceful location in the Mugello valley, Villa Livia is delightful villa with a private swimming pool and garden. The villa within a short driving distance of Borgo San Lorenzo with shops, restaurants, and a train station, and is conveniently located for visits to Lake Bilancino (canoeing, sailing, windsurfing), the Mugello International Racetrack and the beautiful art city of Florence, with all its attractions.

Villa Livia (140 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa and satellite TV), a dining area (with dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster). From the dining room you have access to a covered loggia (for alfresco dining) and in the sleeping area, there is one triple bedroom (with three single beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, exit to the garden) and one bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds, air conditioning and Wi-Fi) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, wash basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, there is a well-maintained garden with a private swimming pool (14m x 7m; depth 1.2m – 2.2m; open from 1 May to 30 September), a shady outside dining area (with a table seating 6) and barbecue, as well as free private parking for four cars and a charging point for electric vehicles.
