An excellent condo property located just a very short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. It is located very close to the Surf City bridge, so it is also fast and easy to get to and from destinations on the mainland. The condo is very well maintained and stocked. The condo has great “beach theme” decoration. Being on the 3rd level you can get some views of the beach and ocean. Parking is free and convenient, but the parking spaces are tight for those people driving large pickup trucks. The elevator makes the condo very accessible and there are hotel-style luggage carts to help facilitate moving into and out of the condo. The washer and dryer are a little small but they work very well and help minimize how much clothes and towels you need to bring on vacation. The hosts were always very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, there is lots of storage space, and the bathroom / shower were excellent. The building also has outdoor hoses / shower to rinse off after visiting the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this condo.
