The two-story villa features 2 bedrooms, a beautiful terrace with patio furniture, and a heated private pool. The villa is located 100 meters above sea level on the outskirts of Kalamaki, offering views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. This is the perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Kalamaki.
The house
The two-story villa, with 150µ² of living space and a 50µ² balcony, accommodates 4–6 people and is modern and decorated with beautiful design elements. On the upper level is the entrance to the large living-kitchen area, featuring SMART-HOME technology, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, panoramic windows, a 50 µ² balcony, and a breathtaking ocean view.
A staircase leads downstairs to the two bedrooms, each 30 µ², featuring king-size beds (200x200 cm), built-in closets, a smart TV, and fan-coil air conditioning; each has its own shower room, sink, and toilet. Each bedroom has access to the pool and outdoor kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, Tesla range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, fan-coil air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric blinds, mosquito net, unlimited internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite TV
