About this house rental
Discover a seamless blend of comfort & convenience in our Lansdale home, ideal for traveling professionals families in transition. This fully furnished, spacious house includes a modern kitchen, three bedrooms, high-speed internet-enabled office spaces & more. Enjoy tranquility in our private backyard, perfect for unwinding. Positioned close to Lansdale Train Station, city center & major grocery stores like Giant, Wegmans, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, & Aldi, the location is unbeatable.
The space:
Main floor has open concept living room, breakfast area, and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally there are 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, bunk bed) and 1 full bathroom. Every bedroom has a chest and a closet.
Ground floor has a family room with an office and walk out to a patio and a back yard. Plus 1/2 bathroom and an access to the laundry room with plenty of closets.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house with exception to an owner's closet and garage.
Other details to note:
You have access to your own private washer and dryer; vacuum cleaner, iron with an iron board are included; dedicated driveway parking spot for 1 car plus additional street parking.

Trach Instructions:
Place all regular trash and recycling bins by the curb on Wednesday evening and return them on Thursday.

Anne, was a fabulous host. From the moment we booked she was always available, helpful and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Check in and check out process was seamless. The property, was immaculately clean, well maintain and the decor throughout was lovely. The house has everything, from toiletries, extra towels, hair dryer, tea, coffee, etc . Beds and sofas were very comfy. The beautiful and bright kitchen was well stocked, equipped and it has all the items and cooking accessories you may need.
Peaceful and convenient location. There is a train station to Philadelphia 15 min. walking distance from the house.
We felt at home since the moment we arrived and we have nothing negative to say.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We loved our stay for a month and we will definitely recommended it. Thank you so much.
