About this hotel
An elegantly furnished 2 Bedroom Apt. W/1 bathrooms in luxury building. Spacious & Bright Condo, suitable for families. Easy access to Lakeshore Rd, Subway and Street Car, Restaurants/Bars. High-speed wireless internet and Parking included. 2 Comfortable Beds( sleep 4) + Sofa Bed (sleep 2) Dining table and 4 chairs & TV Fridge , Stove , Built-in Dishwasher , Built-in microwave Stylish Washroom
Perfect for the solo traveler, couples, families or those in town for business.

→ SmartTV on which you can access your Netflix and YouTube accounts.
→ Both bedrooms feature queen beds to ensure an enjoyable sleep.
→ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.
→ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.
→ The bathroom includes a bathtub shower.
→ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.

*All building amenities are for resident's use only, guests do not have access.
*All guests are liable for any and all damages to the building's common areas, this includes legal fees as well (both host and building).
*Due to COVID-19, please do not linger in the hallways or lobby. Practice social distancing as best as possible.
Due to Co-vid restrictions, we limit our interactions with our guest. As such, majority of our communication will be virtual and by telephone.
The property is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Downtown Toronto. The is a grocery store and a few coffee shops within a 3 mins walk from the condo.
The condo is also a 5 mins walk from the lake, and thre are views of the lake from the condo balcony.
In addition to the above amenities, the TTC Streetcar stops is located on the major street intersection.
You can get around from the condo with multiple transportation means. The TTC has a streetcar stop by the condo, there are also bicycles for rent besides the condo. The condo is also located about 15 mins walk from union Station
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb.com to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

The view from the apartment is amazing you can see most of Toronto, and you are in a very prime location downtown. They were very easy to communicate with/ easy to find my way around the building. One of my favorite places I have stayed!!

From the check-in instructions to the cleanliness of unit, we had a great experience staying at the property. We will definitely be back in the summer.
