Fabulous corner 5th floor unit with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony. 1 bedroom unit has full kitchen, 2 queen beds, large bathroom, queen sleeper sofa in living space & dining area.

WE HAVE 1 HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, INDOOR POOL, 2 HOT TUBS, FITNESS CENTER AND SAUNA AVAILABLE AS WELL AS BEACH ACCESS
Directly across from large shopping center w/grocery, Walgreens, retail shops, restaurants including ice cream parlor
Beautiful 1 bedroom with an open floor plan. Upon entering the unit you we see the private bathroom. Walk into the bedroom with 2 queen beds, lots of storage and a large TV. Continue on into the open kitchen and living room with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful beach. Another queen bed sleeper in living room along with a TV and eating area
We are an hour and half from Orlando International Airport, and hour from Sanford/Orlando Airport, 25 minutes to Daytona Airport and International Speedway.
Head an hour north up A1A for a beautiful drive to Saint Augustine, or and hour south to Cape Canaveral.
Disney is less than 2 hours away!
We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.
Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!
New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!
If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.
The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Title says it all- beautiful clean room great balcony but no hotel amenities- no pool no gym no bar no restaurant no game room no hot tub and parking is a hassle- we spent all our time in room out on beach so we still had a great stay and host is easy to work with and upfront and honest about conditions would stay again!!

The unit was so tidy! Perfect view of the sunrise. Will book again as long as the pool is open. That was the only challenge staying with children however it was completely out of anyone’s control. I love how the bathroom was on the bigger side of a hotel bathroom & over all had the perfect amount of room/setup for my family if 5. 10/10
