A single-story, year-round home in like-new condition.
Our beautiful house is located right between Uddeholms Golfklubb in Rada and the beach on Lake Rada at the Rada Campground. The campground is a 10-minute bike ride or a 20-minute walk away. The end of the road leads directly to the popular Klarälvsbanan, which is used by cyclists in the summer and ski enthusiasts in the winter. There’s a direct route to both destinations that winds right through the forest, offering a pure nature experience. You can spot many animals; squirrels and rabbits are common, but if you’re quiet, you might catch a glimpse of a fox or a wolf in the evening hours. The house features 120 m² of living space with an open floor plan and a fireplace in the center of the living area. Adjacent to the living area are the open kitchen and dining room, a living room that opens onto the sunroom, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest restroom.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with a sofa bed, large enough for two children or one adult. For longer stays, a travel crib can be set up; please request this option one week before making your reservation.
-There is a lovely sunroom with chairs and tables for enjoying the sun during the cooler morning hours or in the fall and spring.
-A central heating system distributes comfortable warmth throughout the house via a ventilation system.
-The house is supplied with water from the municipal water system and is connected to the sewer system.
-The house has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used upon request.
A bicycle is also available for use at no extra charge.
-The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
-The backyard is surrounded by a green hedge, which provides privacy and a natural boundary for your pets and children.
The house is located in a quiet area and a popular vacation spot for Germans, Dutch, and Swedes near a lake. There, you can catch trout or salmon.
The local supermarket is just a few minutes away by car or 5 minutes by bike.
It’s a 10-minute drive or bus ride to the larger shopping options in the pleasant, quiet town of Hagfors. These include a Lidl, Coop, Dollarstore, Jysk, Colorama, Karl Hedin, and Elms (tool and equipment rental). Hagfors is also home to, among other things, a small health clinic with local doctors and dental clinics. Just 10 minutes from the house is a small airport that offers weekday flights on a charter plane to Torsby and to Stockholm International Airport.
