Welcome to your beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath corner unit in West Palm Beach. Enjoy the amenities of a salt water pool, gym, or cyber cafe during the day. At night, enjoy a sunset on your wrap-around balcony with views of the lake.
Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale), this location is fantastic.
Safety: Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay. There is also a 24/7 lobby attendant.
Additional: This unit is managed by Palm Beach Vacation Rentals (my property management company I have hired for your additional peace of mind). If you have questions regarding booking or any questions / needs throughout your stay, you can call them (find their number online). Lastly, there is a $150 HOA fee due after booking your stay on VRBO which you are responsible for. This is mandated by the condo. It’s essentially a background check to keep our community safe.

The owner and Property Management Team are very nice and quick to respond. There is an HOA at this condo building, so I recommend booking this unit in advance as there is an application that needs to be filled out and approved.
Other than that initial process, this is a great location. It is safe, clean, and had a beautiful view. We would definitely stay there again. They also have a parking garage and you can park one vehicle in the owner’s spot while you are there. I don’t recommend having more than one vehicle as you will need to pay for monthly parking for the second vehicle.
This unit is just a couple blocks from Clematis. It is very close to everything!
