About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on Lake Michigan with 105' of private beach frontage, and views of the historic Cana Island Lighthouse!
Professionally remodeled & decorated, featuring new appliances, furniture, crow's nest bedroom and more!
Located at the end of a 2.5 mile rustic road. Less than 1/4 mile from the Cana Island Lighthouse! Public beach & walking trails only 1/2 mile away.
Close enough to all Door County has to offer without all the congestion!
The space
Master bedroom located on the first floor with a king size bed, and twin size day bed by the window overlooking the lake and lighthouse. 43” TV located in room. Full master bathroom attached.
Bedroom two is also on the main floor with a full size pullout sofa sleeper. This room has a 43” TV.
Full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a 55” TV located on the first floor, as well as laundry room, and half bathroom. Guests will also have access to the garage.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One has a king size bed, and small desk area. The other has a twin size, over full size bunk bed, with a twin size trundle. The bunk room also has a 43” TV.
Third floor features a crow’s nest bedroom with views of Lake Michigan. There is a twin size true mattress daybed in this room.
There is access to a deck/patio from the living room with a high top table and chairs overlooking the lake.
In the backyard there is a large picnic table, 6-burner grill, and paved fire pit area.
Finally there is 105’ of private beach frontage with stunning views of the historic Cana Island Lighthouse (be sure to pack beach towels for the trip). The lighthouse can also be viewed from most areas in the back yard, as well as the patio table.

Cana Cove Lookout was a wonderful vacation rental. The location and setting exceeded expectations. Check-in was seamless and the host clearly communicated the process with us. We found the house was very comfortable. The location was great - private but accessible to many destinations.

Gorgeous home and stunning view. Wonderful property with lots to see and do around or just to stay in. Warm and comfortable cozy space with lots of space to get together or to sneak away with a book! Absolutely phenomenal view of the lighthouse and lake with lots of stars by the fire pit. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

This house is great, clean and well appointed. The views are unreal, queer dead end street about 10-15 min outside Bailey’s Harbor within walking distance to Cana Island Lighthouse which is also visible from the house. Our kids 3-7 loved exploring the rocky beach where you’re able to walk out quite far. They had everything there for kids or all ages, they loved playing in the “Eagle’s Neat” room that covers panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Quieter side of DC, but within reasonable driving distance from the house and great dining options in Baileys Harbor and Fish Creek for takeaway if you have a larger group as we did. Thank you, we’d love to return!

We enjoyed everything - the house, spectacular view, the gas fireplace, the location tucked away, the privacy, and our time together. Can't go wrong with this house!
