My family of six spent the Easter weekend in this lovely home on 3rd Street in Lewes. Its historic charm was matched by modern amenities and a perfect location.

The property is very unique historically. It was very comfortable and modernized. We liked the location so close to all the restaurants and shops in Lewes. The yard is great for your pet dog. I would not recommend for someone who has difficulty with steps as they are narrow and rustic.

Location is about as great as it gets if you don’t need to be right next to the beach. The house is charming, but it’s better for a family with kids than for multiple couples — the MBR is fantastic, but the other spaces are a little awkward for an adult couple. Still, it’s a very well kept property for those who’d like to explore downtown Lewes.
