About this cottage rental
Escape to our charming three-bedroom waterfront cottage, featuring 147 feet of private shoreline. It accommodates up to 5 guests. The space
- We provide clean bedding for each bedroom.
- Towels and paper towels will not be provided.
- The water comes from the lake. It is recommended to bring drinking water.
RULES TO AGREE UPON ONCE RENTING THE COTTAGE:
1. It is a family cottage, so no smoking inside the cottage (if you choose to smoke outside, please do not leave the butts on the ground)
2. Keeping the house clean is our top priority, so please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the cottage. If you need to wear shoes inside the cottage, please bring your own.
3. There is a fire pit in the front yard for guests to use, and firewood will be provided. Please make sure to put the fire out at the end of each night.
4. No PETS are allowed on the property.
5. Please take all trash with you when you leave.

Not looking to rent the space for parties or large gatherings, space sets up great for 5 people.

I was so excited to open the door to a spotless cottage. The cleanliness was exceptional. Minden is a great town and has lots of fun shops to visit. The cottage is bigger than the pictures suggest and the fresh breeze off the lake is refreshing. Will definitely rent again.

the stars say it all. the property was great, the cottage was perfect, the surroundings had us doing things when we wanted (the concert at the Red Umbrella Inn on Saturday night was a perfect end) and the entire thing was just easy. Lydia is fantastic.
