Stayed for a little over a week. We are low maintenance people. The good: We travel a LOT and cook in most nights so a kitchen was important to us. This kitchen was well equipped and had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay, including many spices and some dry GOODS left by other guests. The AC minisplit worked well and kept us cool.The view overlooking the bay was great!The gas grill was A, and having laundry was very handy.The not so good: The hot tub was unusable. It was cold (electricity is HIGH on the islands so they shut it off). However after almost a day of running it was still only warm. The paperwork said it takes about a hour to heat, but that was not the case. The cover was also disintegrating and pieces were falling into the water. The bed was comfortable but broken, had bent metal underneath and had been “patched”. We were cautious not to break it further haha. We stayed in the upstairs unit only, but had we rented the room downstairs we would have called the maintenance company immediately to do some cleanup as the grass and bushes were overgrown and it was difficult walking down the path with all the overgrowth.The laundry situation: there was a storage space under the house, past the lower room, where the laundry was located. The exterior door slats were broken, and the interior was really sketchy. We had no clue what might be living in there. Did we enjoy our week? Yes! Would we stay at this villa again? Prob not

Great view, good privacy, hot tub was an issue to get warm, and most of the window screens had gaps which allowed biting insects inside. There were no sheets provided for the pull out couch which I had indicated we would be using. Of major issue was losing power and therefor water for 3 days. There should really be a backup generator, considering the price for this rental.

Such a beautiful setting with gorgeous views. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Owner was very responsive.
