The home is a bright cozy home. It’s located 5 min away from I-8 interstate highway. The home is perfect if ur passing through Yuma to rest. The home is great for couples, families/kids, group of friends, and for people that are just working in Yuma 👍🏻. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The home is a bright cozy home. The home provides Wifi, Tv,s with Hulu, Netflix, prime video, game console, game table(mini pool, air hockey, soccer) hair dryer, iron, iron board, and a clothing steamer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a treadmill and some workout equipment. The other room has twin size bed. In the living room there is a king size couch bed. The home has a full dining area and Kitchen. Also includes a coffee station. Fireplace is non use. House has individual heaters inside the house during the winter. The house has AC. The house provides a gated front yard and back yard. There is plenty of parking area inside the property.

The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows).

House was cute and cozy. Bed was very comfy. Called host to ask a question and he answered right away. Very easy to work with. Glad they provided ear plugs to help sleep through the crowing rooster each morning. The rooster was the only complaint, but not house owners fault as it belongs to someone in the neighborhood.

They say bright cozy house. I say it was an Amazing beautiful cozy house, so warming and welcoming, beautiful back yard to relax with the family and the best part it was gated so parking was not hard, or an issue. Felt like home. The host Carlos was very communicative, responsive and answered all question's asked. Definitely will rebook if available!!

We stayed for about 50 nights and enjoyed the spacious two bedroom home and yard. Internet was fast and supported us working from “home”.
