Joy is a great host and communicator! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! One thing to note is this is an older home that has creaks and such. We stayed on a dreary November weekend, and the humidity inside the house was over 80%. The location was good, but the neighbors do have a dog that barks a lot, so sleeping in past 8 is a little difficult.

The house was just as described. The house is cute, everything was in its place, and the host was very communicative. If I am ever traveling alone again in the area, I would look to book here again!

The host was great at communicating how to get into the house and where to park because the maps take you to the front of the house and not to the back where the parking area is. The inside is clean and remodeling is evident with previous gas lines and other items still exposed from the partial removal and can cause injury if smaller people are running through the house (young children). The biggest drawbacks are the location/neighborhood and the wasp nest, rotten fruit, and garbage on the ground.. The neighbors on both sides were smoking marijuana each evening and night to where you could not enjoy being outside. The rotten fruit from the tree were all over the ground and were smelling the yard and the neighbors garbage had blown into the yard. Lastly, there were several large wasp nest in the car port and the porch to enter the property. Very fortunate that no one was stung.
