About this apartment rental
The flat has been completely renovated and combines modern facilities and decoration with the Parisian charm of its exposed stone walls. Located in the centre of the Marais, a stone's throw from the rue Vieille du Temple and the rue des rosiers, its shops, cafés and restaurants, Beaubourg

Flat of 29m2 on the 1st floor with lift which includes :
- Living room with sofa bed and double bed,
- 1 high table with chairs, Tv, Wifi
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
The flat is located in the heart of the Marais, between rue Vieille du Temple and rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. You will be able to stroll through the district as far as the Place de la Bastille, discovering its typical streets and tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, its bars and its sharp shops, the other popular and lively with its numerous bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, with the Town Hall with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Place des Vosges or the famous Picasso Museum.
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians.
You will be able to taste the best falafels in Paris, located on rue des Rosiers, such as l'As du Falafel.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!

The apartment is in an excellent lovely location in the center of everything. Cafes, bakeries and metro super close. Safe and lively neighborhood. Bed and sofa bed are both comfortable and it has everything you need for a short stay: convenient kitchenette, stocked with coffee, toiletries, etc. Although I would consider staying there again, there were a couple of things that I should share for future guests. The bathroom door is impossible to open and close and takes a lot of effort, and at times get stuck in the open position. That was a bit frustrating. Secondly, at no fault of the apartment, there was really loud construction in the building making it impossible to sleep in or nap in the afternoons, so we had to change our schedules due to the noise. Wish we were informed of that prior to booking.

Over all the apartment is nice. Bathroom could use a bit of TLC, but overall the place is comfortable for two, especially if you are going to be out exploring all day. The glassware was lacking with only one wine glass and one short glass. Plenty of coffee cups but Nespresso machine was not working properly.

The place had a great location - super close to a lot of stuff and transportation. The main bed was comfortable, but the place was not super clean and the bathroom window was not fully sealed. You could see the exterior on the sides and could also hear the people working on the building as clear as day. They didn't work off hours so it didn't disrupt our sleep, but it was disconcerting. The shower also has no door so the bathroom floor ends up getting wet no matter what when you shower. Plus it smelled oddly moldy at times.

Cute studio in Le Marais. Neighborhood full of shops and cafes. Metro on block away, walking distance to Ile de la Cite, Louvre, Pompidou. Enough space to relax at night and recharge for the next day
