About this villa rental
Villa KIKKO is a newly built property; construction was completed in June 2023.
It is located in the town of Sainte Anne. Its location allows you to walk along a small path (10–15 minutes) to the municipal beach, stroll through the artisan market, or buy fruits and vegetables at the local market that runs along the beach.
The villa offers a lovely view of the greenery and the sea.
The house features a master suite equipped with a 180x200 bed.
The bed is in the center of the room and faces the pool. To the left of the bed, you’ll find a shower room with a toilet, and to the right, a walk-in closet with a large mirror.
The second bedroom features a 160x200 bed and also opens onto the terrace and pool. It has a closet with hanging space.
The third bedroom is similar to the second, except that it is located at the back of the house.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 share a large bathroom with a toilet. You can choose between a bathtub or a shower.
There is plenty of storage space at the entrance to the house, and a washer-dryer is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room. These three spaces form a single open-concept layout. This area opens onto the terrace, which offers a beautiful ocean view, facing the saltwater pool, which is secured by an underwater alarm.
The corner sofa in the living room converts into a bed and can accommodate two children. Please note that the living room is not air-conditioned, but it is equipped with two fans.
A pool maintenance professional will visit once a week.
The terrace features several seating areas so everyone can relax as they please. Additionally, 4 lounge chairs will be at your disposal.
A gazebo allows you to play a game of foosball in the shade.
On the side of the house, you’ll find a staircase leading up to a rooftop. This secluded spot is perfect for taking some time for yourself—whether on a hammock or a Fatboy beanbag. You can gaze out at the sea by day and the stars by night.
This house was entirely designed by the owner to make you feel like you’re on vacation and right at home.
The courtyard is secured by an electric gate; you can easily park two cars, one of which can be parked under a carport.
A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you the codes to open the gate and the front door.
In fact, the front door is equipped with a smart lock; we’ll explain how to use it. Of course, we’ll include all the necessary information in a booklet that you can access at any time.
