Upon entering the home, there is a staircase immediately inside the front door leading either upstairs or downstairs. Guests will need to use stairs to access all living areas. If you have mobility concerns, please be aware that this property may not be ideal for your stay.
The home also features a fully enclosed backyard and a deck available for your use.
The entire home and yard are included with your stay. However, the garage and storage shed in the backyard are off limits.
We aim to give our guests space to enjoy their stay while staying readily available to help when needed. During regular waking hours, we typically respond within an hour via the Airbnb platform.
If you reach out between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please note that non-urgent messages may not be answered until morning. For urgent issues during this time, we ask that you call us directly rather than message. If it’s very late, you may need to call more than once to wake us.

Our yard care team services the property every other weekend from March through November, which may fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because their route and timing can vary, we’re unable to guarantee exactly when they’ll arrive—so guests should assume a visit will occur during their stay if it overlaps with a scheduled weekend.
If this would be a concern during your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to reschedule their visit.
From December through February, our snow removal team may access the exterior of the property as needed, depending on weather conditions. This may occur at any time, including early mornings or late evenings, to ensure safe access to the property.
Please also be aware that the hosts, maintenance workers, yard care crew, or snow removal team may be present on the exterior of the property at any time during your stay. While we always aim to provide notice when possible, there may be occasions when this is not feasible. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of exterior access without prior notice.

2. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times, including daytime noise levels.
3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUG USE: Smoking or drug use indoors is strictly prohibited. If you choose to smoke outside, it must be done on the front driveway. All cigarette butts must be fully extinguished and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. A minimum of $1000 will be charged if smoke remediation is required.
4. PARKING: Please follow the parking instructions! We have space for up to 6 vehicles in the designated areas outlined in the check-in instructions (2 in the driveway, 4 in the graveled parking area). Parking over the sidewalk, and on street in front of mailboxes or neighboring homes is strictly prohibited.
5. PETS: All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation, and the pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds/furniture. Mandy was an excellent host! She responded promptly to questions and reached out to ask if anything else was needed. The house was perfect for what we needed for our family reunion at graduation for the University of Utah. 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the U. Smith’s and Walmart were close by, as well as Dutch Bros coffee. The bedrooms were very large, with hotel-quality bedding, comfy beds and pillows, and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms all had nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The house is split level. 3 steps to get into the house and then immediately you either go up or down 6 stairs. We had 2 sets of grandparents, so they stayed on the upstairs floor. Both floors have bedrooms, a hall bathroom, a complete kitchen, and a large living area with smart TV. We stayed upstairs the entire time except for those sleeping downstairs. There is plenty of parking.We would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks Mandy!

This VRBO was perfect for our needs. TONS of bedrooms and beds. Clean with two different kitchens (larger one upstairs and a smaller one downstairs). 2-Fridges, which was great. The setup honestly couldn't have been better. The host (Mandy) messaged me a couple of times just to make sure everything was good - which it was - and she just wanted to ensure a good experience. It's in a small neighbourhood off the main road - so quiet - but close to the freeway and close to Walmart and restaurants. About 15-20 minutes to downtown SLC. An easy 5-stars.

We enjoyed all the space in the house. Having enough bedrooms for everyone was really nice. We also enjoyed the fenced backyard with the play equipment for younger kids. The house had everything we needed. It had plenty of towels, washcloths, soaps, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen towels, and even a blender. The location was perfect for us since we have family both north and south of there. It also put us relatively close to the airport. The owners were very responsive. They came to spray for ants when the ants decided to invade through the back door. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with lots of room.

We came for a funeral. While we weren’t in the unit much except at night it was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space. We def will consider staying again for our next family visit later this year. Check in and check out were easy and host was very kind and accommodating. Though we didn’t use it all this trip, we loved that there were two kitchens dinings and living spaces which would be great for us in the future
