About this apartment rental
As 4th generation natives of Flagstaff, we are proud to offer this space. New construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes:stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. Two Bedrooms with king size beds and closet space. Two full bathrooms as well. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. We are also excited to be offer a beautiful, new community hot tub. Please note, we do not allow pets.
We also like to disclose that we are in an urban, downtown area. We do have a mission across the street that offers services to the less fortunate members of our community. That being said, we do have a very secure property with key codes to the entrance that change with every new guest.

Wonderful overnight stay at this property. Clean, cozy and convenient location. I appreciated the little extras the owners had on-site. Easy check in/out. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.
