One bedroom cabin minutes from the Frio River and Garner State Park!

Amazing trip, we loved it. Close to the state park, and our kitty loved sitting by the window and watching nature. We had a great time! 10/10

We like a good cup of coffee in the morning. The coffee maker did not work. It's not rocket science, put the cup in, add water, push the button, and drink coffee. The place was clean, very nice, all the things you expect, but a 20 coffee maker from Walmart would have changed this from a four-star to a five-star.

The host was super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and secluded though this cabin is situated with several other cabins in close proximity. The cabin behind us housed young adults who played loud music until midnight. There was one fire pit that is shared among the cabins. There were ants around the seating area of the fire pit and a chicken coop where you could get fresh eggs. No roosters thankfully. Our cabin was great other than a few issues. We would have enjoyed our stay more if there had been a table and chairs to eat at. Even a folding card table and chairs would have been adequate but there was nothing. We ate sitting at the couch leaning over a low coffee table. The bed had a dip in the center so we kept rolling to the center. I ended up sleeping on the couch but there were no extra blankets so I used a towel. The shower had a low wall and no curtain so the toilet and floor got very wet when using the shower. We moved the toilet paper because it got wet. The toilet paper holder and hand towel holders were very loose. There were no hand towels provided other than a kitchen towel in the kitchen. We also fought fruit/drain flies the whole time. This was frustrating and needs to be treated. There was not basic spices like salt/pepper in the kitchen. No mixing or serving bowls. We ended up coming home early because unfortunately my back couldn’t handle the bed. This cabin was fairly priced, just needed a few small improvements.
